A live demo — the shopper's question is answered from real reviews

Reads the reviews you already have

01 How it works

Live in about five minutes

No review migration, no theme surgery, no prompt writing.

1

Install and connect

HeyHunch finds the reviews you already collect — Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, native Shopify reviews, or a CSV export. Your reviews stay where they are.

2

Drop in the block

Add the HeyHunch block to your product template in the theme editor. It inherits your accent colour and loads without blocking the page.

3

It keeps itself current

Summaries generate automatically and refresh as reviews accumulate. You'll see what shoppers asked in the admin.

02 The gap

312 reviews. Nobody reads 312 reviews.

The answer a hesitant shopper needs is usually sitting in review #47. They won't find it — so they leave the page, or they ask an AI chatbot that sends them to a competitor. Meanwhile you answer the same sizing question in support, again.

  • Every answer is grounded in real reviews — and shows the quotes it used
  • If the reviews don't cover it, it says so instead of guessing
  • Refreshes itself as new reviews come in — nothing to maintain

Questions shoppers actually ask

QDoes it run true to size?
QHow is it after six months?
QIs the colour like the photos?
QGood for wide feet?
QCan I machine wash it?

03 What you get

A thin layer of intelligence over reviews you own

Not another review collection app. The one that makes the reviews work harder.

Pros, cons, and the gist

A scannable summary of what customers consistently praise and consistently flag — with a satisfaction read at a glance.

Ask the reviews

Shoppers type a real question and get a specific answer in seconds, drawn only from that product's reviews.

Grounded, with receipts

Every answer cites the reviews behind it and carries a confidence badge. Out-of-scope questions get an honest “the reviews don't say.”

See what they asked

The questions shoppers ask are product feedback and content ideas. Unanswered ones point straight at gaps in your listing.

Fast and unobtrusive

Loads asynchronously in an isolated shadow root, so it can't fight your theme's CSS or hold up the page.

Yours, on brand

Pick the accent colour, match light or dark themes automatically, and remove HeyHunch branding on Pro and up.

05 Questions

Fair things to ask

Do I need to switch review apps?

No — and please don't. HeyHunch is a layer on top of whatever you already use: Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Shopify's native product reviews, or a CSV export. Your reviews stay in their current home.

Will it invent things about my products?

It only reads that product's reviews, and it shows the review quotes behind each answer so a shopper can check the work. When the reviews don't cover a question, it says the reviews don't cover it rather than guessing.

How many reviews do I need?

From the first review: the widget shows the rating and answers questions from whatever reviews exist. The pros-and-cons summary waits until a product has about ten, because “what customers consistently say” needs enough reviews to actually be a pattern. Both thresholds are yours to change in Settings.

Will it slow down my product pages?

It loads asynchronously after your page, renders inside an isolated shadow root so it can't collide with your theme's CSS, and shows a lightweight placeholder while it fetches.

What languages are supported?

English only right now. If your reviews and catalogue are mostly in another language, HeyHunch isn't ready for you yet — more languages are on the roadmap.

What happens if I hit the monthly answer limit?

The summary keeps showing; the question box pauses for the rest of the month. Repeat questions are served from cache and never count against your limit. You can upgrade at any time and the new limit applies immediately.

The answers are already there.

Install HeyHunch, add the block, and let the reviews you spent years collecting start closing sales.
